Cruzan Rum is made on the island of St. Croix. It’s known to be cheaper than most bottled water on the islands. At just $12 for a 750ml bottle, Cruzan is a staple product of the Virgin Islands. Most local bars carry Cruzan Aged, Coconut, or Banana Rum. Ask your bartender for one of the following.

Alcohol Revenue Is A Large Part Of The Island Economy
The Virgin Islands has given subsidies to the major alcohol distilleries of the Virgin Islands in an effort to keep their business local. These tax breaks help keep the price of Cruzan lower than other spirits imported into the islands.
Island Spirit Fund

The Island Spirit Fund has been dedicated to helping communities across the U.S. Virgin Islands recover from hurricanes, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.
In September 2017, Hurricanes Irma and Maria devastated the Virgin Islands and caused an estimated $100 billion in damage.
The Island Spirit Fund is raising money for relief efforts in these communities through various initiatives including our partnership with GlobalGiving. Through this partnership, we’ve been able to raise over $4 million for relief efforts in Puerto Rico and across the U.S. Virgin Islands—and we’re just getting started!
